Executive Chef Tyler Leeson and his team welcome you to enjoy a gourmet meal from fresh, local ingredients in our restaurant and fireside lounge around a lovely rock fireplace. The setting speaks for itself overlooking pools, lake and mountains making the Kingfisher one of the nicest restaurants in British Columbia. Dining at Kingfisher offers a spectacular view.

Appetizers 

Mixed green salad with sun dried cranberries, pine nuts, goats cheese and cucumber with mandarin orange dressing 

Sweet bell pepper soup with spinach, candied garlic and roasted walnuts 

Entrees
 
Roasted turkey and cranberry stuffing with broccoli, maple carrots, roasted bell peppers, buttermilk mashed potatoes and gravy

Roasted bone in ham with rosemary and honey glaze, broccoli, maple carrots, roasted bell peppers, buttermilk mashed potatoes and raspberry apple sauce

The Kingfisher is open 7 days a week from 8:00am until 9:00pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner and from 9:00pm until 10:00pm for lounge.
